We have a team of approximately 280 professional staff members across South Africa comprised of qualified charted accountants and lawyers who offer specialist insight across many industries. Our tax professionals keeps current on the latest changes that impact clients' business tax strategy, enabling clients to focus on business objectives while we address the tax requirements. Deloitte Legal, amongst the largest legal and regulatory service providers in Africa, assists clients operating in increasingly complex legal, regulatory and digital environments through a multidisciplinary approach, combining integrated legal and commercial expertise.

Vac School & Vac Work

One Deloitte Vac SchoolThe One Deloitte Vac School Programme allows students to experience the culture at Deloitte and build a holistic understanding of the nature of our business as a unified entity. It is a 4-day programme hosted in June/July and December/January respectively, during university holidays. In addition to workshops and seminars to support integration into the workplace as a graduate, students will be given the opportunity to learn about the different areas of our business through plenary sessions and direct engagement with key business stakeholders.

Deloitte Vac WorkDeloitte Vac Work is a 2-week programme offered during the June/July and December/January university holidays. Its aim is to give students an introduction to the workplace through direct exposure to the complex business problems we solve, while at the same time providing a mentoring and supportive environment where students can develop and flourish. Vac Work is offered to the top performing candidates from the previous Vac School and thus does not have a separate application process.

Corporate Finance

Corporate Finance specialises in taking facts and figures and then adding insight and expertise to maximise value and impact for our clients. Our integrated approach means our clients enjoy ‘one point of call’ that encompasses every aspect of a transaction.
