What happens after a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is final?

I'll leave out the details but I am almost certainly going to file. Already spokken to 3 lawyers and picked one. Would like to hear from folks whov'e been through this in the past. I'm curious what life is like" after it's all said and done. Do you have regrets?
