NINGALOO HISTORY The Northwest Cape was named in 1818 by Captain Philip Parker King, who also named the Exmouth Gulf. The town of Exmouth was named after the Gulf. Ningaloo means Deep Water, an aboriginal word from the West Thalangji people. There’s a local history of burial grounds and hunting areas around Ningaloo, with the dreamtime snake Kilijaru having been seen from Vlamingh Head (Lighthouse) during their Dreamtime.

We respect the local history and as visitors to the area, please ensure to respect them too. Parks and Wildlife, who are the governing body, work closely with us to ensure the preservation of the Northwest and Ningaloo Reef for future generations to enjoy. world’s most popular entry level scuba course. Our course includes 2 days boat diving right in the

INSTRUCTOR COURSEThe PADI Instructor Development Course (PADI IDC) is the leading instructor training program in the recreational dive

industry. Our programs are generally scheduled over 10 days to allow ample time to become fully comfortable with all

ADVANCED OPEN WATER COURSEGet certified to dive to 30m with this very popular course. You will learn skills and techniques to safely
