AMENITIESPlease arrive early to enjoy the cedar wood saunas and private relaxation lounges. A variety of fruit-infused waters, herbal teas and light snacks are available daily. The ladies’ locker area also provides a Himalayan Salt Room, while the men’s area has combined Halotherapy into the cedar wood sauna for dual-purpose benefits.

ARRIVAL TIMEPlease arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your spa reservation time. Late arrival will limit the time of your treatment. As a courtesy to our other guests, treatment times may not be extended so that others may begin on time. The full value of the treatment will still be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICYA credit card number is required to make your Spa reservation. Within 4 hours, 50% of the scheduled services will be charged to your credit card. A no show will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled services. Cancellations of packages, private events or groups require 72 hours’ notice.

CHILDRENWe kindly request as a courtesy to other guests that children under the age of 12 remain in the comfort of your own home or guest room. Guests between the ages of 12-17 may receive select spa treatments with the supervision or written consent from a parent or guardian.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONSThe spa offers a variety of monthly promotions and special offers. Discounts may not be combined, however the best possible promotional pricing will always prevail. To ensure promotional pricing, please be sure to mention during reservation and check-out. Visit our website and social media outlets for the most up to date offers.

ELECTRONIC DEVICESElectronics and cell phones are not permitted in the treatment or common areas. We ask that you leave all cell phones & electronic devices in your locker on silent mode, or in your hotel suite.

ENVIRONMENT The spa facility is a smoke-free environment. We kindly request that visitors keep noise & voice levels low in all areas of the spa. Please respect our tranquil environment & the privacy of other guests by being mindful of the Spa surroundings.

FOOD & BEVERAGEA variety of fruit-infused waters, herbal teas and light snacks are available daily. For lunches or specialty beverages, please visit one of the two restaurants on property. Time may be allotted during your spa treatments to visit the restaurants if desired. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa facility.

GIFT CARDSIdeal for any occasion, White Orchid Spa gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination. Kimpton© Hotel gift cards are not redeemable at the White Orchid Spa. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.

GRATUITIESGratuities are at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services. Typical gratuities range from 15-20% of the original service value. Exceptional service may be rewarded with additional gratuities. Gratuities may be placed on your card or folio charge, or cash gratuities may be left in an envelope at the reception desk.

HEALTH CONDITIONSPlease inform the front desk of any allergies or medical conditions that may impact our ability to provide treatment at the time of reservation. Examples include product allergies, contagious skin conditions, open sores or wounds, heart or blood pressure concerns, arthritis, DVTs, aneurisms, vertigo, recent surgeries or cancers, and pregnancy. Rescheduling of your treatment may occur if therapies are contraindicated.

ILLNESSReceiving any spa treatment while ill is strictly prohibited. Spa treatments may worsen existing conditions by stimulating lymphatic flow. Illness also puts our guests and therapists at risk. We kindly request you reschedule your reservation if feeling ill or are under a doctor’s care. Our therapists have the right to refuse treatment, and our no show cancellation policy will apply.

LOCAL PRICING PROGRAMTreasure Coast residents can save 10% on most day spa therapies year round with our complimentary Local VIP Program. Sign up anytime when you present your photo ID and valid email address to our spa coordinators. Local program pricing is subject to black-out dates, and may not be combined with other discounts. The spa cannot be held responsible for ensuring local discounts.

MEMBERSHIPSThe best way to enjoy the benefits of White Orchid Spa! Regular monthly spa visits can improve your overall health and wellness. The spa offers monthly programs with the best possible promotional pricing all year round. Memberships require a 12-month commitment. Please inquire at the front desk for more information.

PAYMENTWe accept all major credit cards, traveler’s checks, cash, or Spa treatments may be charged to your hotel folio. Please present discounts, gift vouchers and gift certificates at the time services are rendered. Discounts do not apply to Spa packages, promotions, special events or holidays.

PRICINGTreatment pricing is subject to change without notice. Black-out dates apply to all promotions throughout certain times of the year, including all holidays and holiday weekends.

RETURN POLICYProduct returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase with a receipt to receive credit or make an exchange. There are no refunds or exchanges on opened products or cosmetics.

SURPRISESPlease alert the spa coordinators to any surprise reservations to avoid automatic confirmation calls, emails and texts.

WHAT TO BRINGWe provide locker room and shower facilities that may be used when receiving spa services. We provide robes, sandals, towels, lockers, hair and body care products. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Please do not bring jewelry or valuables to the Spa. The White Orchid Spa cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
