•Registration fee is US$200 (WFTO member US$100)/per person. • Rate includes participation the conference, welcome
dinner, exhibition space in Seoul City Hall, and dinner and cultural program on the 18th October
•Double (double or twin) room accommodation is KW 99,000 per night (inclusion of VAT/Tax).
• Individuals can share and pay half the room rate each

Scholarship Sponsorship includes: actual flight (based on lowest
cost) and visa costs, plus registration and accommodation. The sponsorship will be delivered on sight of the full receipts in Seoul.

Eligibility: WFTO Fair Trade Organisations and Networks in Asia, provided that they have:• Organizational total turnover of 150,000 USD or less• Unable to attend without the sponsorship• Only sending one participant*

Contact your nearest Korean embassy for the visa requirements which vary from country to country.
Complete the registration form and email it immediately with you name, passport, date of birth, and position in organisation so that the invitation from KFTO can be issued immediately.
You might need the original notarial certificate for this letter and or also need an invitation from Seoul Metropolitan Government and these may also need to be sent to you in hard copy, this takes time please find our what documents are needed today.
