Another advantage to being registered on the site is that the Board or the management company can send broadcast emails to owners when they need to get information out quickly to the neighborhood. INGREDIENTS:1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 tbs and 1-1/2 tsp butter or margarine1/2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted1/2 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained1/2 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimientos, drained1/4 teaspoon dried basil1/2 (8 ounce) package noodles, cooked1-1/2 cups diced cooked chicken1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons buttered bread crumbs DIRECTIONS:In a skillet, sauté onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Remove from the heat. Stir in the soup, mushrooms, pimientos and basil; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine noodles, chicken and cheeses; add mushroom sauce and mix well. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer.

Baked PoTaTo skinsINGREDIENTS:4 large baking potatoes, baked3 tablespoons vegetable oil1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon paprika1/8 teaspoon pepper8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese1/2 cup sour cream4 green onions, sliced

DIRECTIONS:Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4-in. shell (save pulp for another use). Place potatoes skins on a greased baking sheet. Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper; brush over both sides of skins. Bake at 475 degrees F for 7 minutes; turn. Bake until crisp, about 7 minutes more. Sprinkle bacon and cheddar cheese inside skins. Bake 2 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions. Serve immediately.

Fire Fighters will also be out March 10th, April 14th and May 12th to collect funds for the campaign.

The Fire Fighters rely on support and donations from the community for the success of the campaign.
