Simply fill in our qualification form and our Customer Care team will be in touch.

They’ll help guide you through the process and ask about the version of the Three Birds Dream Home you would like to build – complete with all features as displayed, or talk to us about optional

features you would like removed.

2ENGAGE IN THE

DIGITAL E XPERIENCE

Next we will email you a digital guided tour by Bonnie from the Three Birds. She

will highlight key features, fixtures and fittings, and help you visualise the details

that make this home so special.

We also encourage you to view the Three Birds Dream Home inclusions so

you get the full picture!

3FINAL RE VIEW

AND CONTR AC T

Now we’ll organise final compliance checks to ensure your Three Birds Dream

Home perfectly suits your block and order any final reports required.

We’ll then provide you with your Tender, complete with all the Three Birds Dream

Home inclusions and electrical plan overview to review and sign off. From

here, we will prepare your Build Contract and lodge the appropriate applications.

We’ll be celebrating each key milestone with you. From the moment we break ground to the day you receive the keys

6TIME TO L IVE THE DRE AM

When your Three Birds Dream Home is ready to handover your Site Manager will walk you through your home and tell you

everything you need to know. Shortly after, we’ll organise a final inspection to go through our checklist with you and

hand you the keys.

Once you’ve made yourself at home, our Warranty Manager will get in touch and ensure you’re completely happy with all

aspects of your home.

Q. CAN I BUY THE THREE BIRDS DREAM HOME IN THE ACT?A. At this stage, unfortunately the Three Birds Dream Home is not currently for sale in the ACT due to the planning regulations. However, please speak with our consultants in the ACT to see if there is another Rawson home that might work for you.

D E S I G NQ. C A N YOU SE ND ME THE PL A N ?A. Absolutely! Please speak to our sales consultants and they will provide you with a copy of the plans or alternatively, jump onto our website to view the plans online.

Q. C A N I M A K E CH A NGES TO THE PL A N OR FAC A DE ?A. Every inch of this home has been carefully crafted for the best possible design outcome so there are no changes able to be made. For example, you’ll not be able to make the house wider, change the room sizes, relocate the rooms or modify the facade elements.

In some instances, Rawson Homes may make slight modifications to suit site conditions or planning regulations on your block (compliance changes).

Q. C A N I M A K E CH A NGES TO THE F IT T INGS , F I X TURES , COLOURS OR M ATE RI A L S ?A. Every fixture and fitting has been hand selected by the Three Birds, no detail has been spared from flooring to skirting boards, tapware to tiles. All the design choices have been made for you to deliver the signature Coastal Cool style the Birds are famous for. So, no changes to the fittings, fixtures or material are allowed on the Three Birds Dream Home.

Q. WHAT SORT OF COMPLIANCE CHANGES ARE ALLOWED?A . We are committed to making the Three Birds Dream Home work on your block. Rawson Homes will make minor changes to the plans and facade to ensure the home is compliant with the relevant planning regulations. For example, a minor reduction in width or length may be possible based on your site.

Q. CAN I GET THE THREE BIRDS DREAM HOME FAÇADE ON MY FLOOR PLAN?A. The Three Birds Dream Home facade is exclusive to this home design and unavailable in the standard Rawson Homes’ range. Please speak to a Rawson Homes sales consultant who will talk to you about the facade options available in our range.

Q. I LOVE THE PLAN BUT I WANT TO CHANGE THE KITCHEN / BUTLER’S PANTRY / LAUNDRY / WALK-IN-ROBE LAYOUTS?A. Every detail in the Three Birds Dream Home has been meticulously considered by the Rawson Homes and Three Birds Renovations team, to deliver the signature Coastal Cool style the Birds are famous for. Hence, no changes to the kitchen, butler’s pantry, laundry or walk-in-robe designs or layouts can be made.

Q. I LOVE THE LAUNDRY BUT I WANT A FREESTANDING WASHING MACHINE, WILL YOU AMEND THE JOINERY?A. Unfortunately no, the in-built washing machine and dryer are a design feature of the home and cannot be changed.

Q. CAN I GET A COPY OF THE LANDSCAPE PLANS?A. Absolutely, please speak to our friendly customer care team for a copy of the landscape plans.

Q. DO THE R AWSON HOMES CUS TOM COLLEC TION BUNDLES A PPLY TO THE THRE E B IRDS DRE A M HOME ?A. No. The Rawson Homes Custom Collections bundles do not apply for this home. This home has a unique set of features and inclusions hand-picked by the Three Birds. To get a better understanding of what is included in the home, please speak to a Rawson Homes consultant.

Q. CAN I GET THE NORMAL R AWSON HOMES SMEG APPLIANCE PACK AGE IN THE THREE BIRDS DREAM HOME?A. No. Three Birds Renovations and Rawson Homes have partnered with Electrolux appliances in this home.

Q. C A N I GE T THE CURRE NT R AWSON PROMOTION IF I BU Y THE THRE E B IRDS DRE A M HOME ?A. The Three Birds Dream Home has its own fittings, fixtures and materials and we have worked with Australia’s best suppliers to deliver red hot deals that are reflected in the price. As such, we can’t offer the Rawson Homes promotion with the Three Birds Dream Home.

O T H E RQ. C A N I V IS IT THE HOUSE ?A. We hope to be able to open the doors as soon as allowed, numbers will be limited and pre-qualification criteria will apply. Stay tuned in the meantime.

Q. C A N I L ICE NSE THE DESIGN TO BUILD IN M Y OWN A RE A / S TATE / COUNTRY ?A. We won’t be licensing this particular design but please reach out to our friendly customer care team for information on other Rawson homes.

Q. HOW QUICK LY C A N I GE T A TE NDE R A ND A BUILD CONTR AC T ?A. The Three Birds Dream Home is subject to the same turn around times as any other Rawson Home build. The exact time to tender will depend on the location of your block, how quickly we can get access to surveys and reports, the current demand for the house, and more.
