Westfield Cricket Club3. Following the recent events regarding the fencing at the cricket club and the recent vandalism to the

new fence the Cricket Club will not be pursing any further works until the end of the cricket season (September). Therefore, once covid restrictions have been lifted the Clerk will arrange a site visit for anyone wishing to attend but it will not be until later on in the year in June. Proposals for any fencing will be given in advance of the site meeting. It will also allow the Cricket Club time to monitor and record the level of damage, dog mess and waste left on site. Until then the main kissing gate at the top of the 1066 footpath will remain open as it was the previous access and the original fencing has been replaced.

Westfield Tennis Club 4. To confirm the tennis courts will not be open to the public until the 29 th March 2021 at the earliest.

Westfield Football Club5. The leagues that the teams play in have now been cancelled because of coronavirus due to the backlog

of fixtures before the cricket season as most teams share grounds with cricket clubs. The leagues have therefore decided to play a reduced fixture format, splitting the leagues in half. This will entail a maximum of 6 games per team, 3 home games and 3 away and may include 1 midweek game. The revised format will start on Saturday 3rd April and will run no later than 22nd May.
