Dear Sorors, Philos, Rhoers and Guests: The 63rd Western Regional Conference will be held April 16-19, 2015 at the beautiful Sheraton Crescent Hotel. This newly renovated hotel provides all of the amenities and features for a wonderful Phoenix getaway. The hotel is within minutes of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Glendale featuring an Olympic sized pool, Monsoon Mountain-a 166 foot waterslide and sand volleyball, racquetball and basketball. The Sheraton Crescent is only minutes away from the trendy dining, shopping and sensational nightlife. This year’s conference will provide members and affiliates with an opportunity to attend workshops, highlight our national projects and handle important business as we are “Uniting Communities for Growth, Partnerships and Service”, as well as, focus on our National theme “Uplifting Our Legacy of Sisterhood, Leadership and Service”. In addition, the host chapter Beta Mu Sigma in Phoenix, AZ, are planning an exciting conference for you to enjoy. This year, conference workshops may include, but are not limited to parliamentary procedures, T.O.R.C.H., Health, Wellness, Retirement, Civic Engagement and Social Justice. In addition, the national projects highlighted may include; topics surrounding the A3 for Life, USA Swimming, St. Jude Children’s Research and Project Reassurance. The Western Region is using a professional conference administrative system, Eventbrite, to assist with registration. In addition, members and affiliates will have the option of using a payment plan when paying your respective “regular” registration fees.            Dear  Sorors,  Philos  and  Rhoers,    It’s  that  time  again!  Our  63rd  Western  Regional  Conference  will  be  held  on  April  16-­‐19,  2015  at  the  Sheraton  Crescent  Hotel  in  Phoenix,  AZ  and  the  members  of  The  Beta  Mu  Sigma  Chapter-­‐  Phoenix,  AZ  and  The  Beta  Pi  Chapter-­‐  Arizona  State  University  are  honored  to  be  your  hosts!      This  year  we  are  are  asking  Sorors,  Philos  and  Rhoers  to  send  in  photographs  of  them  RHOCKING  their  Sigma  Fashion  and  representing  their  chapter!  Sorors  and  Rhoers  show  off  your  best  blue  and  gold  attire,  Philos  show  us  how  fierce  you  can  look  in  white  and  gold!  The  submitted  pictures  will  be  displayed  in  this  years’  Sigma  Fashion:  magazine  themed  souvenir  journal.  ).  There  are  three  fashion  categories:  casual,  business,  and  formal.  A  photo  can  be  submitted  for  each  category.  We  are  asking  all  interested  members  to  submit  a  full  body,  full  color  photograph,  along  with  chapter  information  (chapter  affiliation  In  addition  to  the  Sigma  Fashion,  we  also  invite  each  chapter  to  sponsor  an  advertisement  so  that  we  can  get  to  know  you  and  celebrate  your  efforts  to  enhance  our  organization.  Did  you  add  new  members?  Did  you  sponsor  a  great  community  service  event?  Do  you  have  graduating  seniors?  Well,  we  want  to  hear  about  it!  .
