BANNED SUBSTANCENone of the following substances are contained in; or used in the production process of any of the silicone elastomer products (either solid or cellular) supplied by Western Polyrub Products.Lead (Pb),cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), mercury (Hg), phthalate based plasticizer’s, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), Short chain chlorinated paraffin’s (SCCP), polybrominatedbiphenyl ether and polybrominated diphenyl ether flame retardants (this includes octabromobiphenyl ether, pentabrombiphenyl ether and decabromodiphenyl ether). These products and associated production processes are free of any animal derivitives and are latex free.None of the cellular silicone elastomer products supplied by Western Polyrub contain azodicarbonamide blowing agents. None of the products supplied by Western Polyrub contain Perfluorooctane Sulfonates (PFOS).

INFLATABLE SEAL FOR BULK BAG SEALING

• Western Polyrub manufacture inflatable seal for bulk bag sealing,

its mainly made from food grade ,high strength neoprene or

nbr rubber.• we also provide silicone rubber on

request• The filling head of bulk bag is consists

of an inner and outer feed tube with bag inflator and dust extraction

spigot and western inflatable seal. • The bulk bag inlet spout is inserted

over the feed tube outlet, and the western Polyrub seal is inflated to

create a dust tight connection between the two.

dust collection system

and they are not OE supplier. We have over 100 standard profiles and 50 OE users to choose from and have a wide breadth of materials too. Many of these combinations come standard, which reduces set-up charges and speeds delivery. We also have our own

machine shop, so if a special valve is needed, we do it ourselves. Ask some of the other guys if they have this capability. And what about quality? We 100% inspect

every inflatable seal we manufacture under our ISO9001-2008 certified quality system and can provide
