The possession of, or progress towards, an appropriate tertiary level academic qualification will be considered a factor,increasing in importance with the level of classification, when determining efficiency of applicants in the Clerical Division .

(9) It shall be lawful for the lessee at anytime within the three calendar months im-mediately following the expiration of theterm or earlier determination of the lease,to take down, remove, and carry away anybuildings, structures, improvements andplant the property of the lessee .

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the abovementioned Act andall other powers enabling it, the Council of the abovementioned Municipalityhereby records having resolved on the 10th day of January, 1975 to repealthe adoption of Draft Model By-laws (Holiday Accommodation) No. 18 pub-lished in the Government Gazette of the 6th December, 1974 and to adoptsuch of the Draft Model By-laws published in the Government Gazette of the22nd February, 1974 as are here set out with the following alteration :-Draft Model By-laws (Holiday Accommodation) No. 18 : Alteration :-

After the word "of" being the last word of the definition of "the Council"in line two of by-law 2 insert the words "the Shire of Northam" .

(d) Notwithstanding the provisions of subregulation (1)of this regulation, the initial promotion list shall includethe names of all other teachers appointed as headmastersof Class III primary schools on or before 1st January, 1974and such names shall be added to the list next below thoseteachers referred to in paragraph (c) of this subregulationand in accordance with the same procedures but the place-ment of these teachers on the list shall be provisional andthe name of any such teacher who is not eligible in accord-ance with the provisions of regulation 185 of these regu-lations on the first day of January, 1976, shall be removedfrom the list on that date .
