Use Port-a-potties ONLY – Notify Manager/Team parent if they are
locked – key is located in concession stand – Notify Manager/Team parent if cleaning is
needed NO Dogs- RSD policy NO scooters and bikes on school grounds- RSD
policy Kids must stay near baseball field until YMCA
after school program is over (6:00p.m.ish) Respect school grounds: Keep Clean/ and pick

General Rules / Guidelines HOME Team provides concession services (every division is
responsible for concessions) K2/K3 Concessions require two HOME team parent workers
K2 Saturday Games from 10:00 am on require a BBQ Worker (weather dependent)
Concessions are Mandatory (games do not start until the snack bars are staffed) Concessions are very low profit margin; only umpires receive
free drinks (hydration = happy umps) In-hand menus are present for concession workers, larger
customer menus are to be posted on the exterior building. No one under the age of 16 y.o. in concession

General Rules / Guidelines cont. Please always use plastic gloves when handling /
preparing perishable food Instructions are posted on appliances for food prep
and recommended cook times. (slushee machine ,hot-dog, popcorn, nacho machine)
During scheduled concession time please clean up as needed and stock drinks front > back
Please text the Concession Coordinator (yours truly) if there’s an obvious shortage of an item
Closing Procedures are Posted in each location (trash , sweep, storage of opened food)
Concessions Cash Box
Prior to every game; count the money in the cash box (Stored in the freezer )
An amount of $50 should be present. Following your shift, even if there’s a game after yours, count the money box as follows:
Leave an exact amount of $50 in the Cash box. Please try to leave $1 and $5. Place remaining amount in deposit envelope. Fill
out envelope as specified, seal and deposit envelope in safe. Each location has a safe. Do not drop change.
