What is a scatter?

Collection of points (called route checks [RCs]) “scattered” over the map.

You are provided with clues which, when solved, give the location of these points.

You are also given a sheet with a simple question for each point.

Once you've solved some clues, go to those places and answer the questions to prove you were there.
