Typical 3D design of a Life Support Plant Room for an aquarium. All elements of this plant room have been modelled to scale from manufacturers specifications. This

allowed for and accurate depiction of real-world spatial requirements.

These 3D layouts can be supplied in CAD & Pdf formats.

Typical 3D design of the Century City Urban Square. All elements of this plant room have been modelled to scale from manufacturers specifications.

This project comprised of 4 buildings and an entertainment square. I was the assistant designer and lead detailer for the Plumbing, Drainage & Rainwater supply for all

buildings.

• Potable water was supplied to main storage tanks on the roof of each building and reticulated down to the fixtures vis a pumped system.

• Non-potable water was used for irrigation and flushing purposes. This was supplied from a central plant located in the super basement.

• Rainwater disposal was dope by means of a syphonic rainwater system.

This concludes the details for Century City Urban Square. These details

were all modelled in Revit 2014. all custom equipment families and

project templates were developed solely by myself.

All of the above information is an indication of my BIM skills. I am extremely versatile with Revit and my skill far

exceeds what is displayed within this portfolio.
