    restaurants in the United States and internationally. The Wendys Company

    is the worlds third largest quick-service hamburger company, and its

    system includes more than 6,500 franchise and company restaurants in the

    U.S. and 27 other countries and U.S. territories worldwide, with annual

    the Wendys/Arbys Group, Inc. and changed its name to The Wendys
