APPLICATIONS ARE POTENTIAL WITHIN WWTW & CANAL MAINTENANCE AND POTENTIALLY WITHIN THE REALMS OF NUCLEAR DECOMMISIONING OF ORPHAN WASTE.

So… problem solvers, bespoke works, high hazard, change, reactive, UK wide, heavily legislated industries working away from home, smelly work, hard graft…

So our challenges: small recruitment pool; Very rural; no bus route; manual unskilledlabour; possibly already disengaged; 50 %

Q So how did we think that we could make those 2 things equal- to meet our aspirations...?

A We didn’t…we made mistakes ...lots of them!

But beware…use different sources don’t stop listening and reading and with different people- sometimes we say- “but we are doing this”… you may have the desire but are you implementing effectively?
