Unlocking Your Potential
Enterprise Skills & Employability Programme
Wellingborough Homes in Partnership with Apprentice Supermarket are please to
announced the launch of new courses to support people back into work
A programme designed specifically to support Wellingborough Homes Tenants/Customers to develop
their potential and open routes back into work and volunteering.
Designed to engage adults at all levels of attainment, both short and long term unemployed within the
local community. This course is open to anyone aged 19+ who is unemployed claiming benefits (ESA,
JSA, Universal Credit, Disability Allowances) and wishes get back into employment in any way.
This is a short term programme with an initial 10 day course to start unlocking your potential.
The programme will consist of: Sign Up, Induction & Initial Assessment, introduction, documents in the workplace Enterprise Skills Understanding Customers Problem solving at work Working as part of a group Understanding Motivation Health & Safety Presenting Information Preparing for Volunteering or Work This will lead to a Level 1 Certificate in Enterprise Skills & Employability Eligibility: must Be 19+ on or before 31st August 2015 Wellingborough Homes Tenant or Customer Attendance will be Monday—Friday: 9.30am —3.30pm
