Wellbeing Survey & Health Checks

Key Findings• Only 28% performing recommended amount of daily activity.

• Only 17 % having 5 a day.

• 30% drinking above recommended limit.

• Survey did show we had a happy workforce!

• First round Health Checks recommended attention to healthy eating and weight

management, due to the high %age of people with high cholesterol readings, waist

circumference and BMI measurements.
