Duraline™

Pails and lids made of tinplate are Emballator’s core business. Our first

paint can was produced more than 60 years ago. We have in recent

years made large investments in fully integrated production lines in

180- and 285 mm dimensions which are the first of their kind in Europe.

Fully automized production lines result in zero manual intervention from

raw material to finished palletized pails.

Our product range covers sizes from 125 ml to 25 litre. Our standard range includes traditional conical pails, cylindrical cans and UN-pails (hazardous goods) in all possible sizes. Many of the pails can be combined with different types of lids such as press lid, lug lid, ring latch lid and our hybrid lids EasyOpenTM and EasyFlexTM.

We have extensive knowledge of the rules that apply to hazardous goods, type testing and UN marking. If our standard range doesn’t meet your demand our R&D department is dedicated to develop customized solutions. Try us, we love new challenges!

Duraline™ UN Duraline™ UN is a unique pail that fits a variation of our lids. The series includes UN certificates that covers density 2.6 in packaging group II and 3.9 in packaging group III and for solids up to 45 kg.

A sealer to be assembled in the filling line or on a pneumatic cylinder with M24 thread. Requires a 125mm pneumatic cylinder and air pressure of 5,5 bar. The sealer is suitable for 10 litre to 25 litre pails.

Plate for shaking machines

Can link ring

Universal combi is a holder for the handle of the pail during shaking. It is provided with a magnet for easy application and removal from the pail. The product is also suitable as an opener for our L-series and all cylindrical cans.

Used to link two packs together when separated component parts are required. Suitable to our cylindrical series 0,33-1,5 litre in Ø105 mm.

Can be used on lid and bottom during extreme shaking to protect the packaging. This plate is based on soft and flexible material.
