MOST OF THE REMAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR REDEVELOPMENT IS IN THE WESTERN HALF OF ZONE 4. CURRENT ZONING ALLOWS FOR GREATER DENSITY, BUT DEED RESTRICTIONS COULD IMPACT THE ULTIMATE BUILD OUT.

NEW CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF FOUR STORIES IN HEIGHT AND INCLUDE ON-SITE PARKING FOR RESIDENTS AND GUESTS – PREFERABLY UNDERGROUND.
