SARM Swiss Steak Dinner, April 15 at Audie’s.5 – 6:30 p.m. Tickets $10 each. Proceeds to benefit the Mission Trip to Holland in June. For tickets see Pastor Dave, Elizabeth Clemens or the church office.

You’re invited to an art show – a Spring Showcase of Watercolor Paintings! Come and celebrate new works of artists Judy Churchill, Shannon Cooley, Sally LaHaie, MaryAnn Moore, Lisa Pallagi, Lana Qualey, Katy Stone, and Debbie Zagurny. Meet the artists and talk with them and instructor Mary Lou Peters about their recently-created work in Watercolor I and II classes. Paintings are on display at Church of the Straits Fellowship Hall, Saturday, April 13th, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Upcoming Events:

1st Picnic of the Summer – Hosted by Rose & Nelson LaPointe and Lana & Dennis Qualey, Sunday, May 5th, immediately following worship. Hot dogs, chili dogs, chips, baked beans, desserts.Cost of the lunch by donation. All proceeds will go to the Brick Project.

Spaghetti Dinner – hosted by the Emmaus groups, Wednesday, May 15th, from 5 – 7 pm. Cost is $8 for individuals or $25 per family. Tickets available from an Emmaus member or in the church office. All proceeds will go to the Brick project.

Altar Flowers this morning are placed in loving memory of our father, Donald Pepper by Dawn and Andrea Pepper.

There will be a Congregational Meeting to discuss the Brick Project, immediately following worship this morning. Lunch will be provided after the meeting.
