OUR PARISH AND SCHOOL
DEACON JOSEPH’S GOODBYEIt is hard for me to imagine that it has been one full year since I arrived at our parishes. Even considering how strange these last few weeks and months have been, I say with full confidence that this year has been a very blessed year for me to be with all of you. The Lord is up to something incredible in our parishes, and in you, His children. It is always a gift to see the generosity of God unfold, and praised may He be for allowing me to get a glimpse of it and be a part of it over the last year! I am a better man and a better Christian for what the Lord has done this year through you. Please God, in one year I will be ordained a priest of Jesus Christ and will continue to see the gifts of this year unfold.Know of my deep gratitude to you for your faith, love, and trust in God, and for your generosity shown to me. I will soon be returning home to Genoa for a month before returning back to seminary in Rome at the start of September. In God’s providence, I look forward to coming back one day to our parishes to visit with you again and to join you in adoration and worship of our King.If you’d ever like to send me a note, my address in Rome is:Deacon Joseph MomineePontifical North American CollegeVatican City State, Europe 00165Or my email address is [email protected].
May the Lord always keep us united in prayer, especially in the Rosary. What a gift it is to tell you all, “Thank you.”
