Thank you for choosing the Verizon Home Monitoring and Control System. Now that your new devices have arrived, it’s time to get started! For your convenience, we’ve created a simple online Set Up Wizard that will walk you through the activation of your devices.
Register At myverizon.comIf you don’t already have a Verizon username and password, please register at myverizon.com. This will enable you to access the Set Up Wizard, create a profile and activate your devices.
Access The Set Up WizardOnce you have a Verizon username and password, go to the Set Up Wizard at monitoringcontrol.verizon.com. Follow the prompts to create your customer profile and activate your devices.
Unpack Your EquipmentEach device will be individually wrapped and will contain an instruction sheet. Unwrap each device and save the instruction sheets for reference. Set your devices aside for now and refer back to the online Set Up Wizard, which will walk you through the installation and activation of each product you purchased. Note: Do not install any devices until the Set Up Wizard instructs you to do so.

From here, you can view camera images, edit your profile and access features. Also, check out some of the enhanced features available to you — like mobile apps! Activate Your Gateway DeviceThe Set Up Wizard will now instruct you on how to activate your Gateway Device. Once activated, this will allow your other devices to send wireless signals to one another.
• IfyourkitcontainsaRemoteControl (which is necessary to pair only certain devices),youwillactivatetheRemoteControl next. Pairing is the process by which one device is set up to communicate with another device wirelessely.
• IfyourkitdoesnotcontainaRemoteControl,move on to Step 5.
Activate Your Remaining DevicesActivate your remaining devices by following the instructions shown in the Set Up Wizard. Please note: You will be logged out of the Set Up Wizard after 30 minutes of inactivity. When you return, simply log back in and you will be taken directly to where you left off within the instructions.
