Overview• Measuring the Impact of Networked
Electronic Services (MINES): an online, transaction-based survey that collects data on the purpose of use of electronic resources and on the demographics of users.
• Short, 5 question web survey that is delivered at the point of use, every 250 times an e-journal, or ebook is accessed from Scholars Portal.
• Survey included all OCUL schools except U of T, Algoma, and OCAD and ran Feb 2010 - Feb2011
