ACT will add the TAA PIN, which generates the materials shipment for examinees testing with ACT-approved accommodations, to the student record within PearsonAccessnext.

A small overage of extended time accommodations test booklets will automatically be added to your order if you have students testing with accommodations. This overage is meant to be used for non-college reportable test administrations, if needed.

How do I know when my shipment is coming? 1. You selected a shipping date on

the manage participation screen in PearsonAccessnext

2. If you did not complete the manage participation screen, your shipment will default to the week of February 13.

• Within 24 hours of receipt, the TC must open and verify the test materials

• Lock cartons in a secure place only those authorized can access
