When Military Passes are Issued in ErrorWhen Military Passes are Issued in Error

A visitor arrives at your site and presents a Military Pass and military ID. The ID is for a civilian contractor and they are not a military member. What do you do?

Let the visitor know the Military Pass is for current U.S. Military members. When the pass expires, they will not be issued another. Allow them in your site.

When possible, write down the pass number and provide it to the Pass Program office to follow up.

DO NOT void or confiscate Military passes that may have been issued in error.
