11:30 Tracy Engstrom - The Melt Method Hands and Feet Demonstration The Melt Method is a self-treatment technique that reduces pain and allows for greater body range of motion by hydrating connective tissue. Connec-tive tissue is our body’s stability system; the majority of our nerve endings are embedded in it. Applying pressure to the tissue allows for cell regeneration and overall hydration. Hands and feet treatments affect the entire body by stimulating the fluid in the myofascial matrix. Your body will feel more comfortable and relaxed after one session!

but please check the winners’ board at the booth before you leave the fair!

The raffle benefits a local non-profit, The Trauma Healing Project (www.HealingAtten-tion.org). We are hoping to raise at least $1000 for them to provide healing arts services to parents of young children who face challenges because of their own histories of abuse and other trauma. The Trauma Healing Project is in booth #33, right next to the raffle, offering ear acupuncture to attendees during the fair. THP is also running the raffle, so you can find out more about them from their staff.
