Richard and Philip (nurse trainers from Australia) did First Aid and advanced CPR training for about 30 village doctors and nurses in Jan. 2007.
Training for the rural community
More and more doctors, nurses and villagers in the rural community were willing to take part in the training. Philip and Richard did the outdoor training First Aid and advanced CPR to meet their needs.

We brought a lot of Health Promotion Brochures for villagers this time.These Brochures were specially made using many pictures and simple sentences for easy understanding.

Building good relationships with the villagers
Training in Hope Haven
Philip and Richard did Nursing Care of Disabled Children and First Aid training for about 30 staff at both Hope Haven and Xian Yang Welfare Centre in Jan. 2007.
Richard and Phillip returned to their home town in Jan. , Cyril & Gabrielle and Health Services Centre staff gathered together to express our thanks to them.
Jan was surprised by the progress in his health in Jan. 2007.
The young Cerebral Palsy treatment team did their best to help this boy in Oct. 2006.
David Strong’s mother visited and encouraged us recently. She came to Xi’an to study Chinese Language in spite of being more than 70 years old.

– An overseas full-time general practitioner (as well as short-term doctors) to provide
consistent and continuous medical care for our children and community .
– A permanent International Communications Officer to liaison with overseas teams, visitors, and others doing Healthcare work.
