Historic Pueblo, Inc is a non-profit organization whose responsibility is to educate and promote ideas, programs, actions and plans to enable our community to respect and preserve our unique architectural resources and cultural heritage.

HPI works to foster greater understanding of the importance of historic preservation for the future growth of our city based on an understanding and appreciation of our past.

FACT vs MYTH

• If I Landmark my property, the government has to

approve any changes.

• If I Landmark my property, it will make it hard to sell.
