Who would your perfect 4 dinner guests be?

Joey Essex - to make me seem intelligent! And David Attenborough for his amazing wildlife knowledge and he could narrate the evenings events... I’d love to meet Rachel McAdams, she’s my favourite acress so there would definitely be a place for her. Plus I think Ed Sheeran would be a good

choice to serenade us between courses with his guitar!

What’s your favourite meal?

It has to be my Mam’s Sunday dinner, always delicious and she gives me the biggest plate!

What’s your least favourite food?

Anything remotely spicy - although the Burtree curry is winning me over now i’m getting used to it!

What’s your favourite tipple?

A long glass of Stowells Rosé with lemonade - especially at the end of a busy Saturday night!

Perfect night in?

A good film, nice takeaway, plenty of chocolate and my gorgeous cocker spaniel puppy cuddled in - PERFECT.

Who’s your favourite customer?

We get some lovely families who’ve dined here for years and they celebrate all their landmark occasions with us.

My favourite though has to be Bill and Olive who usually come early on a Saturday evening - they are two really nice people who always have time for all the front of house team.

Any nightmare customers?

Luckily for us we don’t get that many! Although in our industry you do have days when no matter what you do you can’t please the customer... I won’t name names on this one but i’m sure you know who you are!!!
