o Today women hold 26% of all (non-tenure track) instructor positions but only 11% of the full professorships ! (Taulbee Survey 2007)
o CAPP GOAL: Increase the number of women who are promoted to full professor and/or reach the top of the technical ladder and serve in leadership roles in the CS community.
