This is a fully elicited symptom:'I have shoulder pain that started when I fell down the stairs last week. It hurts in the front of my left shoulder, deep inside the joint. The pain feels like fire burning in there. If I stay still it does not hurt at all, but if I raise my arm the pain starts immediately, and lasts for at least half an hour. If I put ice on it, the pain will stop quickly.'
