Welcome to St. Joan of Arc’s 2020 If You Are Here You Are Awesome Summer Camp!

We are happy you have selected to participate in our program and look forward to

providing your child with the best summer ever!

This packet has been designed to provide you with as much information as possible

regarding our camp. Please read all enclosed information. Sign up early and take

advantage of savings and have an enjoyable summer.

SJA’s Summer Camp program is formatted into a weekly structure. This means parents

can pick and pay for specific weeks. A $25 deposit per week per child is required at the

time of registration. Full payment is prior to the start of the week.

These camps have been designed with everyone in mind. We even have Middle

School only offerings for entering 6th Graders through entering 8th Graders. Middle

School offerings have a separate pricing and different locations some are off campus. If

your Middle School child is in need of Aftercare, please contact Sandra Fink to discuss.

If you have questions or concerns, please call the Sandra Fink. We look forward to

Where do I to register?

For all camps except for Camp Invention and VBC please register online at

https://www.school.stjoanarc.org/. There is a registration fee of $25 per week/per camper.

Register for Camp Invention directly at https://www.invent.org/programs/camp-invention

Register for VBC with the Parish Office. Please note if you are participating in aftercare and/or

the Field Trip to National Postal Museum you must register with the church and school.

How do I pay?

For SJA students, final payments will be billed through FACTS. For students who do not attend

SJA, please make checks payable to St. Joan of Arc School.

For Camp Invention, payment is online at https://www.invent.org/programs/camp-invention.

Are there any discounts?

YES! There are 2 discounts. There is an early bird discount until March 13th. There is also a

sibling discount. The second elementary school camper’s rate is $200 per week.

Is lunch included in all day camp?

Lunch is ONLY included for the week of What’s Cookin’. For all other weeks, please pack

lunch, snack and a drink.
