Their baristas start brewing from 7am Monday-Friday and 8am on weekends, so you can get your coffee fix first thing. They are great supporters of locally sourced ingredients and encourage coffee lovers to try something a little different with their Cold Brew (brewed for over 20 hours, filtered and bottled for your convenience). We wouldn’t go past their sandwiches either!

Named after the owner’s son, the family-owned restaurant was born when the team realised Gungahlin was lacking a classic, all American-style food joint. But it doesn’t end with burgers—the menu has plenty of variety for the whole family to choose from! We’re talking flavoursome hotdogs, buffalo wings cooked exactly as they are in the USA, and a range of sides such as jalapeno poppers, mac and cheese balls and dirty dog fries.

“Our menu contains less than 10 burgers, but our burgers are full of flavour and fresh, quality ingredients. And whilst we feel burgers are a very popular item, we wanted to give people a couple of different options so we aren’t just burgers only … but we still stay consistent with our American style food!” Scotty, Owner.

SpringtimeSaladFeel like getting creative in the kitchen? Head to Woolworths to stock up on fresh springtime produce to make a zesty crispy chicken noodle salad that even the kids will eat!

Ingredients:• 500g Woolworths RSPCA chicken breast fillets• 1 packet of Chang’s Original Fried Noodles• 1 Chinese cabbage, shredded finely• 6 green onions, sliced• 100g slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing:• ¼ cup white vinegar• ¼ cup castor sugar• 1 tablespoon soy sauce• ½ cup olive oil

Method:Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, and plain grill.Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl, lightly whisk together. Combine chicken, cabbage, onions and almonds in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing, to suit your taste. Mix well. Garnish with noodles.
