W E L C O M E T O S K Y B A RWe are honored to be in the center of this wonderful town called
Las Vegas. These days, Las Vegas is a thriving metropolis with well over 2 million residents, over 150,000 hotel rooms, and over 2,000
restaurants. That is just the start! We asked ourselves though, how did this all happen out here in the middle of the desert?
This menu depicts some of the major movements throughout time and key influences that make Las Vegas what it is today. The menu is all
about Las Vegas. How it began, where it has been and where it is going.
