The Villas…

As you enter each villa you are welcomed by an expansive reception hall featuring an 8m wide opening that frames the island-filled sea view. A polished concrete entrance complimented by porcelain Italian floor tiles leads towards a delightful open-planned villa built to Australian Standards.

Situated on the south wing from this entry hall is a comfortable family/entertainment room as well as an enticing master suite and 2 additional, spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (ranging from 26m2 to 40m2) which includes well laid out en-suite bathrooms. All walls are double-brick construction for improved insulation and each room has custom, made-to-order, teak wood furniture that has been imported from Bali & Java, Indonesia. This includes 4-poster king sized beds, upholstered sofas, hand-made lamps and much more!

A fully functional kitchen built to the highest of western standards with top quality appliances and filtered drinking water is set in the north corner of the villa. Flowing from the kitchen, the 7m high vaulted ceiling with sweeping ceiling fans steps down into the window-lined dining room with terra cotta floor tiles, capable of seating 10 guests at the solid teak dining table. A traditional grass-thatched massage/yoga sala plus stunning views of Krabi’s ‘cliff islands’ sits outside the dining area and will surely be the toast of any dinner party.

Lining the interior perimeter of each villa are numerous, floor-to-ceiling, wooden framed glass doors that expand each room visually toward the U-shaped centre of the property.

Getting To & From Koh Lanta…

The island can be easily reached by taxi service, mini-bus or by renting a late model car from any of the rental agencies which are located at each international airport. Koh Lanta is only 70km south of Krabi Town and the journey takes approximately 1 hour.

Regular ferry services run direct to the island from Phuket, Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Phi Phi Island, Railay Beach and Trang. Ferries are more frequent in the high-season but private speed boats can be hired year-round.

The preferable method of transport on and around Koh Lanta is either by rental car or by hiring a scooter/motorbike (110-125cc), both of which are available from the main beach locations and Lanta Old Town. The roads are safe and the island is much less crowded than Phuket or Koh Samui (even in peak season.)

If you would prefer to be driven around Koh Lanta, taxi and tuk-tuk drivers happily transport tourists all over the island for very reasonable prices.
