Objectives To learn to create basic PowerPoint

presentation. To learn techniques for changing

templates and slide formats. To learn techniques for adding

images and animation to the presentation.

Getting Started

Click on Start and select Microsoft PowerPoint to get started.

To begin we will click on Design Template.

Choose a Design Template

Select Layout for First Slide

Type in Your Title

Add New Slide

Text Slide

Use Short Bullets to Start

Add Animation

Click on Slide Show.

Click on Custom Animation

View Your Presentation If you want to see how your

animation will look, click on Slide Show and View Show.

You will just click the mouse to view each slide.

Oops – How to Move Slides Highlight the

Slide you want to move in the side bar.

Drag the slide where you want it.
