Vaccination/testing guidelines: • All students (who are able to) must be fully vaccinated* with a university-
accepted vaccine if they plan to be on campus for Fall 2021 semester• Unvaccinated students (e.g. due to health conditions) must take campus COVID-
19 test (every 2 days) for compliance and building access• Vaccinated persons are NOT required to be tested
COVID-19 guidelines
Face covering/social distancing guidelines: • Everyone required to wear mask (regardless of vaccinations status) indoors
o Unvaccinated individuals required to wear mask indoors and outdoors when unable to socially distance
o Masks can be removed temporarily to eat/drink• No social distancing requirements indoors
*defined as 14 days after final dose

Compliance checkingSafer Illinois App: • Safer Illinois App (or Boarding Pass) contains current
vaccination/testing status, provides proof of compliance• Make sure you download app and upload vaccination
documents• Expect to provide proof of compliance several times/day
