Welcome to PHALA's new partnership with Universal Collections, LLC

Joe Presti is the President of Universal Collections, LLC.

Joe specializes in possession judgments, but will also look at money judgments on an individual basis. Minimum amount Joe will pursue is $1,000.00, which would include past rent due and damages and can go back as far as 6 years.

To start the collection of debt on a tenant, Joe will need some information about the tenant to run them through his data base to see if they're collectible. Information needed: Their name, address where they rented from you, drivers license or SSN if possible. If they are collectible, Joe will then instruct you on the documents you will need to email or fax to him. For example: possession judgment, security deposit, move out checklist, etc.

The agreement that we have with Universal Collections, LLC is that they will only work with PHALA members in the 72nd District Court jurisdiction.
