Our School Program
• School re-opens on 14th June 2017 for Jr. and Sr. KG
and 15th June 2017 for Nursery.
• Children need to attend a full day of school each day.
• Regular attendance is expected.
• Reporting time : 8.20 am
Note: The school gates will close at 8:30 a.m. and the late comers will not be allowed in
• Morning Assembly: 8.35 am
• Dispersal time: 11.45 pm
• Following an absence, the parent must send a written note stating the reason for the absence.
• Students will NOT be sent home early under any circumstances except medical emergencies. In case a child is not well, kindly do not send him/her to school.

Parent Involvement Requirements
We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that he/she:
• Attends school daily and arrives on time, ready for the day’s learning experience.
• Completes all homework assignments given by teachers.
• Reads daily to develop a love for reading and to improve literacy skills.
• Shares school experiences with you so that you are aware of his/her school life.
• Knows that you expect him/her to succeed in school and give his best.
• Takes responsibility of his/her studies
• Attends PTMs with your child.
School Uniform GuidelinesParents are requested to ensure the following:
• While on school campus or in school transport, your ward should bein their designated uniform. The uniform should be neat and clean.
• If for some reason your ward is unable to wear his or her uniform, special permission needs to be taken from the class teacher.
• Shoes are polished black shoes with no fancy features.
• Hair must be well trimmed. Girls should wear a hair band for short hair and tie the hair which is below the jaw line. Hair must not be coloured, tinted of highlighted
• Nails must be cut weekly. Nail polish NOT allowed
• No precious jewellery is allowed. Girls can wear ONLY silver earrings - no danglers
• Application of henna is not allowed.
School Uniform Guidelines
Extra clothing:
• Please send a complete change of clothes to school, i.e. bottom, top, socks and underclothes in a neatly labeled packet on the first day of school.
• During the year, please provide a different outfit to reflect the changing season.
Birthday Policy
• The school does not permit celebration of birthdays on the school campus.
• Private birthday invitations should be mailed rather than passed in class, unless the whole class is invited.
• Parents are allowed to send at the most two ordinary sweets per child to be distributed on the birthday.
• No other outside food is permitted.

School- Parent Partnership
• Teacher Meeting Schedule- Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after school hours. (11:45 AM to 12:45 PM)
• Principal meeting schedule- every Wednesday at 2:30 pm and every Saturday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
• Parent Teacher Meetings (PTM)PTM is scheduled per month during which parents can provide and receive feedback regarding their wards.
Transportation
• Students who come to school by car must be walked to the school gate. Parents must make contact with the school staff.
• Children will only be released to the parent(s) or other persons authorized by the parent .
• The child will be handed over to the parent/ guardian ONLY after the escort card is produced.
• A designated adult must wait for the child at the bus stop. If no one is there to receive the child, the driver will finish the bus route and then take the child back to the school to wait for their parents.
