BOB’S NAVEGANTE CLASSICS

Our bespoke Navegante rum was created in collaboration with Richard Seale of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados. Navegante, which means ‘navigator’ is Spanish, takes its cue from the relationship between rum and seafarers on their long voyages through the sea.

Neat 18 Savour the full flavour of this aromatic spirit for a uniquely spicy, woody taste with creamy hints of vanilla and raisin. The rum was aged for three years in ex-bourbon American Oak, followed by five years in ex-Cognac French Oak.

Bob's Old Fashioned 22 A twist to the classic cocktail, we combine our luxury rum with a special house made allspice liqueur for an added kick. The flavour of Navegante rum gives depth and character to this strong cocktail, making it a perfect digestif.

Burg Ravensburg, Riesling, Baden, Germany, 2015 25 115 Made by the oldest wine-growing family in Baden, this Riesling expresses a beautiful freshness. Opening notes of citrus fruits & lime and smooth aromas of apple and peach. A fine present and fruity body finished with a lively but pleasant acidity. Perfect with fish, salad, poultry or well chilled on a hot day. Dry, fruit-driven with good minerality.

Louis Jadot, Macon-Villages “Grange Magnien”, France, 2014 26 120 The wines are made with 100% of Chardonnay grapes aged in stainless steel vats. The Domaine is located near Viré and Lugny, two of the famous villages of the Mâconnais. The vineyard of the Domaine are located on nice slopes looking upon the river, Saône. The Macon Vilage is a Dry and easy to drink, fruity with a floral scent.

M. Chapoutier Cotes-Du-Rhone"Belleruche" Blanc, France, 2014 24 110 Pale yellow and limpid colour with a nose of green apple, hawthorn and white blossoms, citrus aromas and exotic fruits. Overall a fresh and well-balanced, lot of fatness and length.

Wild Rock, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2016 24 110 Sourced from the wild, rocky soils of Marlborough this wine shows on the nose of fresh aromas of white peach, pale lemon straw with green hue, fresh green herbs, blackcurrant bush and wet river stones. A lovely rich fruit core of citrus and apple is balanced with fine acidity for a soft yet pleasantly dry finish.

Bodegas Caro, Malbec, Aruma, Argentina, 2013 22 105 100% Malbec. The young, fruity and clean 2014 Aruma is pure Malbec with aromas of raspberries, strawberries and plums that are quite attractive and fresh. The palate is very soft with unnoticeable tannins and a juicy texture with berry flavors. A nice, young Malbec.

Chateau Peyre Lebade, Bordeaux, France, 2013 24 110 Beautiful intense crimson colour with violet hints. Very ripe red fruits on the nose (blackcurrant, plum and strawberry) with Fine liquorice and spicy notes, On the palate, the attach is smooth with very soft tannins. A finish with a lingering fruit taste.

Kerlann Bourgogne Cuvee H Pinot Noir, Burgundy, France, 2013 26 120 The wines are harmonious, fruity with an elegant equilibrium simply delicious to drink.

Ruffino Ponte de oro, Toscana, Italy, 2015 24 110 Cabernet Merlot and other complementary varietals 75%, Sangiovese 25%. It has a ruby red with purplish overtones colour. Its Aroma is intense, vinous and full-filling at the nose. Notes of red berry fruit, black cherry and plum with a floral

background lead by the typical Tuscan sensation of violet.Overall a medium-bodied and characterized wine by a distinctive aromatic note of mature fruit. Very persistent, it has a finish featured by a distinctive smoothness. St Hallett Gamekeeper’s Shiraz, Barossa, Australia, 2015 25 115 Lifted and pretty bouquet with lively purple fruit characters and a floral hint. There’s a

deeper, savoury layer that adds complexity.Pure red fruits and lifted spices of cinnamon and nutmeg are encased in soft coating tannins on an elegant palate with a long, savoury finish.

Perle de Roseline Rosé, Provence, France, 2016 22 105 The Château Sainte Roseline has been producing quality wines since the 14th century. The domaine strives to achieve the highest quality in the vineyard by using green harvest methods, limiting yields, and harvesting at night. Wines are produced with a full gravity process that avoids pumps. Bright pink color dress, Notes of white fruits, grapefruit on the nose. The attack is frank and lively, one finds the citrus flavour, spicy notes and freshness of a rosé from Provence.
