There are an estimated 56,000 potential engineering businesses and organisations looking for employees and contractors. Currently this demand is largely unsatisfied with little or no expert engineering recruitment companies able to supply appropriate candidates. Many of these potential customers tend to advertise in the press or put vacancies to large non‐specialist agencies.

Many organisations we have engaged with repeat their business with us, as our recruiters engage and continue a meaningful relationship for years with customers, and also candidates. This means, organisations come to our recruiter by request to fill a new vacancy, and most candidates previously in contact with our recruiter will prefer to work with them than another agency, because of the trust and loyalty shown on both sides.
