All members in the District have login accounts in the system This guide will show you how to retrieve your password, login, and manage your profile. Logging In In order to receive your password in website, go to the “Login” tab on the website and click on “Forgot Your Password”. This will direct you to the “Get Password” screen. following may be the reason If you are unable to get your password, • Your name may not be in the district database • Your email may be different in District database please ask your president/secretary to check your membership profile in district website database

For Presidents/Secretary Once you logged in you have following Access Rights 1.Edit your profile 2.Edit all club members profile 3. Monthly Club Attendance report 4. Switch on Data integration with RI(Automatic) 5. Define club executives 6. Download district e directory 7. Online Event registration for club members 8. Down load district e directory 9. Committee Communication 10.Monthly Report to District 11.Edit Club Pages 12.Search Member from District




For District Officers and Directors Once you logged in you have following Access Rights 1.Edit your profile 2.Email communication- • Send mails to Club presidents, • Send mails to District Executives, • Send mails to Club Directors, 3.View District Dash Board • View Clubs Membership growth chart of individual clubs • View Gender distribution chart of individual clubs • View new members list of individual clubs 4. Download district e directory 5. Online Event registration 6. Down load district e directory 7. Committee Communication 8.Download Member data




For Assistant Governors Once you logged in you have following Access Rights 1.Edit your profile 2.Email communication- • Send mails to your Club presidents, • Send mails to District Executives, • Send mails to Club Directors, 3.View District Dash Board • View Clubs Membership growth chart of individual clubs • View Gender distribution chart of individual clubs • View new members list of individual clubs 4. Download district e directory 5. Online Event registration 6. Down load district e directory 7. Committee Communication



Editing Your Profile Once you are logged in to website, you have the opportunity to edit and manage your profile. This is important as you will need to edit your profile in order to receive all email correspondence. To do so, click on Admin > Edit My Profile. Fill in the data fields and save your data when you are done.

Updating Club Membership Data Once you are logged in to website, website will give access to president/Secretary to edit Members . To do so, click on Admin > Click Active Members List • To add new member click Add new Member • To Terminate Member click on Mark Ex • To edit member profile click on Member name

Reporting Monthly Club Attandance to District Once you are logged in to website, website will give access to president/Secretary/Info Champ to Report Attandance To do so, click on Admin > Click Club Attandance Report and enter the require data



Edit contents for Club page To edit Site Page contents: • Login and go to the Admin page. • Click on Site page management. • You will see all the club listing, • click on your club name. • You will notice Edit commands on right side.

Click on Edit Page Contents. Add contents in respective nested pages. Click on Save. NOTE: • Only the President can edit Club Page

alternatively he can assign any of the club member to edit by changing owner for the club page

use it for further communication

RI & District Automatic Data Synchronization Procedure Here is what MUST happen for all of the club’s data to be synchronized: Step 1: Setting up synchronization from RI website: 1. Club President, Secretary log onto the RI website at “Member Access”. 2. Select “Update Club Data” from RI menu. 3. Scroll down to “Partner Organization” 4. Click on “Add Partner Organization” and select ClubRunner from the list. 5. Select “I agree” from bottom of page.

Every time an Active or Honorary member profile is updated, District Website updates RI database in real time

Step 2: Setting up synchronization from within ClubRunner: 1. Log into the District Website. 2. Must be a “Club Executive” (President, President Elect or Secretary). 3. Select “Switch on Data Integration with RI (Automatic)” link. 4. Check the checkbox to switch on integration. 5. Press the “Update Privacy” button. 6. To verify implementation: a. Go to “Edit Club Info & Settings” from the Admin Page. b. Enter your Club ID, if not already populated. c. Press “Save Changes”
