Purs ua nt to the provision of th e Rule-10 of the Tri pura State Civil Services

(Revised pay) Rules,2009 sanction is hereby accorded in favour of the following

employees/ Assistant teachers for providing ACP-1 w.e.f. the date mentioned is Col. No. 4

against each in the Annexure enclosed.

2. They may be allowed to exercise option to get fi xed their pay from the due date or

the date of next increment under ACP-1 and fixation may be done accordingly. The option

paper m ay be placed in the service book after duly countersigned by the Head of Office and

DDO on the option paper.
