French Polynesia is a country splintered into 118 islands,

scattered in the middle of the world’s largest ocean. Each of

these islands is attached to its identity, and each has its own

tales and its own legends. This diversity gives French Polynesia

its unique character, and a particular strength as all these

stories and legends meet to form the ma’ohi culture.

A majestic volcanic island, just like a queen surrounded, Bora

Bora has the most extraordinary lagoon in the world.

Bora Bora used to be called Vavau. The first European to sight

the island was Dutchman Jakob Roggeveen in 1722. Captain

Cook landed there in 1769 and named it Bora Bora on nautical

charts. In 1847, French king Louis-Philippe recognized the

Leewards Islands as independent, including Bora Bora ruled

by king Tapoa II, former husband of Pomare IV, queen of

Tahiti. Bora Bora only became a French territory in 1898.

The island belongs to a group of volcanic islands that arose

from a hot spot. The volcano, which was active a little over

three million years ago, collapsed and was subjected to strong

erosion. Motu To’opua, which peaks at 148 meters (485 ft.), is

the only remaining fragment of the southeast rim of the crater.

The pearl of the pacific is world-famous for its glinting

turquoise lagoon, dazzlingly white sandy stretches of beach

and luxurious resorts. With such a dreamlike setting, this

magical island is, unsurprisingly, a great spot to discover.

Food & Beverage

All food and beverage items must be purchased exclusively

from Conrad Bora Bora Nui and consumed in specific areas.

Conrad Bora Bora Nui is the only licensed authority to serve

and sell alcoholic beverages on the premises. Outside

purchased alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Resort

property. Buffet food is prepared in a limited quantity, for

a minimum amount of guest of 20 persons. Buffets have a

limited time of 2 hours due to weather conditions and hygiene

regulations. Food can be refreshed for extensions or additional

guests with an additional charge. Meals of substitutions or

dietary requirements must be provided 7 seven days prior to

the function, or will be charged additional past the deadline.

Drones

To respect the privacy of our guests, the use of drones

in the resort is not allowed.

Guarantee and confirmation

A minimum guests count must be confirmed 20 days prior to

the function. If menu selections are not confirmed (3) weeks

prior to the function date, prices may be subject to changes.

Outdoor Events

The Conrad Bora Bora reserves the right to make a final

decision to move any outdoor function to an inside function

room due to weather change or case of force majeure. The

decision to move a function must be made no less than three

hours in advance of the scheduled starting time.

A local decoration composed of foliage such as palms of coconut palm, autis and

ferns, tropical flowers such as birds of paradise or opuis adorn your reception room.

Chairs and buffets will be dressed in colorful fabric pareos. All the spirit of Polynesian

identity staged with the art and the way of braiding and vegetable matter.

Conrad Decoration

A decoration to bring to your event a touch of elegance. Choose your theme from

our color palette. It comes with a dressing chairs, poles, ceilings and buffets, all

Polynesian Local Products

In Polynesia, monoi oil is used every day, for its benefits on the skin, on the hair, for relaxation as part of massages and to prevent stretch marks. For our body massage in Hina Spa, customers are able to choose different flavors of Monoï such as coconut, tiare, vanilla or frangipani. For healing virtues, we use too tamanu oil, very used in Bora Bora. Tamanu oil has been used traditionally as a local medicine, and is sometimes considered the Polynesian panacea. For the scrubs, our spa therapists use the volcanic black sand of Tahiti, the white sand of Bora Bora, or the pink sand of The Tuamotus islands.

Hina Spa welcomes you daily from 9am to 7pm.

We strongly advise you to book your treatment 48 hours

ahead. Confirmations are subject to availability. If treatment

is required outside of these hours, please contact the spa

at least 48hours in advance, 50% surcharge applies.

Take your time

We encourage you to arrive at the Spa at least 30 minutes

before your treatment to give us the time to welcome you,

to change into a robe and slippers, and relax in paradise.

Being late will make your treatment shorter. Your

treatment will end at the planned time so as to respect

our next guest’s scheduled appointment.

Your treatment will be fully billed.

Health and Pregnancy

Please let us know about any health condition you may have

when you book your treatment (high blood pressure, heart or

skin condition, allergies...) Do tell us if you are pregnant, so we

can offer adapted treatments. Massages dispensed at Hina Spa

are wellbeing treatments, non-therapeutic and non-medical.

Age

For safety reasons, Spa treatments, are exclusively re served to
