B.W.I. Inc. is pleased to offer water jet cutting along with our top-quality welding and inspection services.

Water jet cutting, using a mixture of ultra high pressure water and abrasives, has the capability of cutting all types of metal, composites, wood, plastic and glass.

Because there is no heat involved in the cutting process, almost any material is suitable for water jet cutting. The unique ability of water jet to cut virtually any material with no impact on the material gives it an advantage over other cutting processes such as laser, plasma or traditional machining processes.


Our 5 ft x 10 ft table gives us the versatility to produce small to large projects using from the thinnest material up to 6 inches thick while delivering the highest possible accuracy +/- .003” over full travel. The non-invasive water jet cutting generates a high quality finish which eliminates a need for a majority of post process finishing.


Automated features such as nesting greatly improves the utilization of material. The water jet’s capability of meeting high tolerances on holes and outside dimensions could mean less final prep work for your company.


Water jet cutting is the perfect solution for cutting metal, plastics, stone (manufactured and natural), glass, foam, rubber and ceramics.
