raspberry jam and covered in whipped cream, rosettes, and chocolate shavings.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE Two layers of cocoa cake filled with a thick layer of

semi-sweet chocolate mousse filling and finished witha ganache glaze and ganache rosette.

RED VELVET CAKETwo layers of rich red velvet cake with a thick layer of cream cheese

filling and enrobed in more cream cheese frosting.
