Our community hall will be a replica of the Cultural Hall of Krishna Mandir (a UNESCO Protected Heritage site)
Will reflect rich Nepali architecture, design, and craftsmanship

PASHUPATI NATH TEMPLE Shiva (Pashupati Nath) is one of the most influential Gods in the Hindu religion, and extremely popular in India and Nepal with millions of devotees visiting the main temple every year

The architecture of the temple is of pagoda style, and consists of two levels of roofs that are copper and gold plated. It has four main doors.
The new temple will be a structure of unique design and beauty
Will be the first temple of this style in the United States
BUDDHIST MONASTERY
Buddhism is one of the most peaceful religions that focuses on meditation and love
Buddhist monasteries are world famous for their colorfully carved decorations, design, and art
The proposed design is a replica of the world famous Swaybhunath Stupa of Nepal
The stupa consists of a dome at the base with a cubical structure on top that consists of eyes of the Buddha looking in all four directions
It is a structure that is unique in design, art, and beauty
Will be the first monastery of this style in the United States
WHY PROPOSED LAND?
Strategically located at the center of the growing Nepalese community in DFW
Also centrally located for the Indian and Bhutanese communities, and others interested in Hinduism, Buddhism and Nepali culture
The sloped site is perfect for the beautiful multi-tiered landscaping envisioned, which will display the beautiful architecture of the structures to passers-by
Highly visible from Highway 10 - travelers will be enticed to come and explore the unique beauty of the structures
As the center will be open from 8 am to 7 pm every day, highway travelers and their children can stop by at this beautiful project to enjoy the art, rest, relax, pray, or meditate
This project needs a location where all the people (not only the Nepali community) can take benefit. This is only possible in the proposed present location.
ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT
The Temple and Community Center will be the heart of DFW Nepali social activity, attracting many more Nepalese families to Euless These families mostly include professionals like doctors, engineers and businessmen Nepali people living throughout America will come to visit the center All of this will result in the following benefits to the city of Euless:
• Boost in real estate activity as many homes will be purchased or built• New professional businesses will be established, and new manpower will be available
for existing businesses• New families will frequent existing service businesses• Tourists will require hotel accommodations and restaurants• Tax revenue for the city will be significantly impacted
Euless can realize similar growth to that created by the Hindu Temple projects in Irving and Richardson, which caused dramatic growth of the Indian community The NCSC project will have far greater economic impact on Euless than other uses of the land such as retail or warehouse structures
