Personalised Artwork Calendars, Cards, Diaries, Mouse Mats & Note Pads
‐ A PTFA Fundraiser Your child’s art or photo can be made into affordable Calendars, Cards, Diaries,
Mouse Mats and Note Pads. These make outstanding individual gifts for friends and family and are perfect for
posting overseas Order forms will go home next week, if you require extra they will be in the office.
Photos and/or Digitally Produced Artwork We will also be offering the option to use your own photo or digital artwork this year, there are a few guidelines and recommendations to ensure the best possible product.
1. We recommend landscape (horizontal) images. Portrait (vertical) are acceptable for greeting cardsand diaries.
2. Images can be sent to abacus via their website. – Information for this will be on the order forms.3. Alternatively if you want to supply images on a disc, save the image with the name of the student.
Photos should be JPG’s and a minimum of 250kb. When you name a disc with pen please presslightly and allow the ink to dry as it can transfer to the artwork. They do not accept MS Word,Publisher or PowerPoint files.
4. If sending a printed photo please be sure to write the School name, Student’s name, Class andrequested products on the reverse. Photos should be professionally printed not from a desktopprinter.
