ID CardsWhen you start College in September you will enrol onto your course. As part of the enrolment you will receive an ID card. Keep it safe as you’ll need it to log onto computers and take books, CDs or DVDs out from the Hex, for printing and for online exams.

You’ll also be asked for ID on the free buses and it will have the route printed on it. The cards are free although, if you need a replacement, it will cost you £3.

E-mailYou’ll also need your student number which is on your ID card to access your e-mail. We’ll send all correspondence to you this way – including information on money and any other support. If you forget how to do this, see the Student Handbook or pop into the Hex for help. Check your College e-mail regularly! Tell us what you want to see, give us feedback at [email protected]
